MEMBERS' EXPERIENCE SHARING IN APPLYING FOR THE HKSAR NO CRIMINAL CONVICTION CERTIFICATE
However, the Hong Kong Police Fore will only issue this Certificate when the applicant can submit them the letter requested for such Certificate issued by the Vietnamese Government Authorities, the difficulty is the Vietnam Authorities will not issue such letter to the personal application.
Since the background of every applicant is different, there is also no clear rule. Here below are the cases practiced by some Gen. Comm. Members for reference.
- Case practiced by Mr. Ricky Ho - 2007
- Case practiced by Mr. SK Ho - Oct. 2007
- Case practiced by Mr. Michael Chiu - Jul. 2008
Thanks to the above Gen. Comm. Members sharing their experiences.
If your case is different and you want to share with our Members, please contact our Secretariat at 824 3757 or send your information to gen.comm@HKBAV.org. Thank you.
Best regards,
HKBAV Secretariat
